I am not sure what has happened here in Tennessee (maybe all the rain??) but there seems to be an explosion of baby squirrels everywhere! I live in a wooded area, the the little guys are everywhere this summer. Once I pulled into my driveway and there were TEN of them sitting there grinning at me. Of course this has deepened my conviction to protect my bird feeders, and sent me and my husband on a quest to find the perfect solution. We succumbed to all sorts of marketing and bought feeder after feeder, trying to keep the little snots out of the the sunflower seeds… we even tried good ole Tennessee country wisdom, and let me tell you tying s sock filled with moth balls onto your gazebo wall is NOT effective:) But you will be excited to know that we finally came up with a solution– and it works! It’s the “Yankee Flipper” and when a squirrel touches the bottom of it, it spins and flips them off. There are really funny videos of this if you Google Yankee Flipper– but most of all it keeps those little buggers at bay! A win for the home team!

“Once I chose Jane, she was attentive, informative, professional, and extremely flexible. She made adjustments to our schedule needs and gave excellent service. She was 100% instrumental with our search for the right house, her team was very helpful, and her recommendation of Wells Fargo was the perfect choice for us. I will recommend her team, and her personally for anyone looking to buy property in the area she works in. Jane taught us the “back roads” as well as the surrounding areas so th…
We have bought many houses and so many properties over the years. This is our first investment property and we work with Jared for probably four years to find the right property. I have to say this was the finest real estate experience we have ever . We had some negative experiences with a couple of other agents, which only made us appreciate Century 21 even more. Jared went above and beyond the call of duty, And we will certainly use him for all of our real estate agent future.”
“Jane and her team were outstanding! To buy a house in TN from MI I had my concerns but the team she put together from the bank to the management company was more than adequate, I should say they were down right fantastic. If I was to buy another home Jane will be the only person I would approach. “
“I contacted Theresa (Jean) Raymond with regard to a Century 21 listing I was interested in. After exchanging messages and calls, I felt she had an understanding of what we were looking for. In fact, after viewing many homes that my husband and I had selected, she suggested one that was not on our list. She had understood our needs and wishes so well that she found us the perfect home, which we subsequently purchased. Theresa offered to contact the utility companies for us to help us set up by o…

“Couldn’t ask for better service.”
“Jake Cowart was an absolute pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to make the deal happen. We appreciated him so much and will most definitely use him in the future for any other real estate needs in the area.”
“Jane Terrell and her team were the best!! I could not have asked for a better realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and is so professional and helpful. But the thing that I really appreciate, more than anything else, about Jane is her true desire to do the right thing at every turn. Integrity is wonderful character trait and Jane Terrell has an abundance of that!! “
“Looking for a realtor that knows the ” rental cabin” business like a seasoned pro, and can walk you through everything; just call Jane Terrell!! I promise, she always answers or calls back!”
